Some do, some don’t. Most studios are pre-plumbed, so if you need a sink, we’ll help you coordinate so you get the right type of sink, in the right room to do what you do best. And yes—there’s 4 shared kitchenettes for all your washing-up needs.

Nope, we’ve got that covered—well, at least the boring parts. Our professional cleaners keep the common areas sparkling, from the washrooms to the kitchens and hallways. You just need to tidy up your own private space—because while we handle the heavy lifting, we draw the line at folding your laundry.

Each studio is private and lockable—aka, your own personal glam cave. Need extra space? We can chat about storage options to fit your needs.

We ask for a minimum one-year commitment—because great things (like thriving businesses and perfect balayage) take time.
